MALZEMELER

  • 1 adet yumurta
  • 1 adet yumurta beyazı
  • 2 yemek kaşığı yulaf ezmesi
  • 1 küçük boy kabak (rendelenmiş ve suyu sıkılmış)
  • 1 yemek kaşığı lor peyniri
  • Tuz, karabiber, kuru nane

YAPILIŞI

  1. Kabağı rendeleyip suyunu sıkarak fazla nemini alın.
  2. Yumurta, yumurta beyazı, yulaf ve lor peyniriyle birlikte kabağı bir kasede karıştırın.
  3. Baharatları ekleyin ve homojen bir karışım elden edin.
  4. Yapışmaz tavayı hafifçe ısıtın. (gerekirse 1 çay kaşığı zeytinyağı kullanabilirsiniz)
  5. Karışımı tavaya dökün ve kısık ateşte kapağı kapalı şekilde 4-5 dakika pişirin. Ters çevirip diğer tarafını da pişirin.
  6. Sıcak ya da ılık olarak, yanında yoğurt veya domatesle servis edebilirsiniz.

Farklı aromalar için içerisine dereotu, çörek otu veya kırmızı biber ekleyebilirsiniz. Ayrıca daha fazla doyuruculuk için üstüne poşe yumurta ekleyerek “protein bombası” bir kahvaltıya dönüştürebilirsiniz, afiyet olsun 🙂
