Bir Fikrin Doğuşu: Dijital Blog ve Öğretmenlik Serüveni

Geçen gün Google Akademik’te gezinirken bir araştırmaya denk geldim. Makale, Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği 4. sınıf öğrencileriyle yapılan bir çalışmadan bahsediyordu. Çalışmada, öğretmenlik uygulamasında edindikleri gözlemleri dijital bir bloga aktarmanın, aldıkları verimi ne ölçüde artırıp azaltacağı incelenmiş. Çalışma, 15 öğrenci üzerinde yapılmış ve sonucunda oldukça faydalı geri dönüşler olmuş. Hatta o öğrencilerin büyük çoğunluğu, mezun olduktan sonra bile blog yazmaya ve tecrübelerini aktarmaya devam etmişler.

Sonrasında ben de düşündüm: Şu aşamada bu tarz bir çalışma yapacak durumda değilim ama bu fikri kendime uyarlayabilirim. Bir blog açıp her hafta anılarımı buraya aktarayım. Hem bana gelecek yıllarda mesleki hayatımda güzel bir kaynak olur. Tecrübeli öğretmen halim, taze, hevesli öğretmen adayı hallerimi okuyup güler, zaman zaman duygulanır. Hem alt dönemdeki meslektaş kardeşlerim, dilerlerse tecrübelerimden kendilerine bir pay çıkarır.

Bu gerekçeler beni güdülemiş olacak ki pazar günü sabahın erken saatlerinde bu satırları kaleme alıyorum. 12 haftanın 12’sinde de buraya yazmayı planlıyorum. Hatta 2. dönemi de sayarsak 24.

İlk Günün Heyecanı
Bugün öğretmenlik stajımın ilk günü. Bu da demek oluyor ki artık genç bir stajyer öğretmenim! Koskoca 3 sene okuduk, öğrendik, öğrendiklerimizi uyguladık, uygulattık, araştırdık, fikir yürüttük, sorguladık, bölümün en mübarek dersini bile geçtik… Artık öğrendiklerimizi kendi öğrencilerimize aktarma zamanı.

Çok heyecanlı, biraz da belirsizlikten olsa gerek panik bir haldeydim. Bu dönem lise öğrencilerine öğretmenlik yapacağız. Ortaokul çıksın diye çok dua ettim ama bizi dereyi görmeden okyanusa attılar desem yeridir.İşin şakası 2. dönem zaten ortaokulda yapacakmışız. Hem geleceğin öğretmenleri olarak her sınıf kademesini deneyimlememiz gerekiyor öyle değil mi?  Lise öğrencileriyle aramızdaki yaş farkı oldukça az. “Bizi ciddiye alırlar mı, iyi öğretebilecek miyim, otoriteyi nasıl sağlayacağım?” diye diye düşünerek okulun yolunu tuttum.

Erken Başlayan Gün: Okula İlk Adım
Staj yapacağım lisenin ulaşımı rahat. Merkezi bir konumda ve evime de oldukça yakın. Buna memnun oldum çünkü okul çok erken bir saatte, tabiri gün hnüz ışımadan başlıyor. Biz lisede nasıl o saatlerde okula gitmişiz, hâlâ aklım almıyor. Neyse, konuyu dağıtmayalım.

10 arkadaş aynı okuldayız. Uygulama öğretmenlerimizle tanıştık. Genel işleyişten söz edildi. Her birimizin günlere göre müsaitlik durumları öğrenildi. 12 haftalık staj süresince 2 tane ders anlatımımız olacakmış.
İlk hafta olduğu için ve 10 stajyer öğretmen hep beraber olduğumuz için kısa bir süre derse eşlik ettik. Öğrencileri gözlemledik. Düzen alıştırmaları konusunu hocamız geçen hafta öğrettiğinden bu hafta öğrencilere genel bir tekrar yaptırdı. Bildirim ve yaptırım komutunun vurgulama ve öneminden bahsedildi.

İlk İzlenimler: Spor Salonu ve Ders Ortamı
Okulda kapalı bir spor salonu var fakat yeterli büyüklükte değil. Okulun toplam öğrenci mevcudu çok fazla. 2-3 sınıf aynı anda ders işliyor. Bu da fazlasıyla kalabalık bir ortam oluşturuyor ve ders işleyişini zorlaştırıyor.

Geçen yıl Pickleball Antrenörlük Kursu’nda tanıştığım bir hoca da benim staj yapacağım lisede çalışıyormuş. Onunla karşılaştım ve bu duruma çok sevindim. Tanıdığım bir ismin olması, okula alışma sürecini hızlandıracağını ve stajımı daha verimli hale getireceğini umuyorum. Bu da bana, üniversite öğrenimim süresince network oluşturmanın önemini bir kez daha hatırlatmış oldu.
