Sabah rutinlerimizin ardından öğrencilerle birlikte spor salonuna geçtik. Öğrenciler hazırlıklarını yaparken biz öğretmenler de günün ders akışıyla ilgili istişarede bulunduk.
Müfredatta bu haftanın konusu temel cimnastik duruşları. Staj hocalarımız bu hafta ders anlatımı için biz stajyer öğretmenlere direktifte bulunmuştu.
İlk ders saatini hocalarımız işleyip gidişata göre dersi bizlere bırakılacağı üzerine karara vardık.

İlk iki dersi staj hocamız işledi. Öğrencilere temel jimnastik bilgilerini anlattıktan sonra hareketleri kendi vücutları üzerinde gösterdi. Ardından, öğrencileri kız ve erkek gruplarına ayırarak minderlerin üzerinde çalışmalarına müsaade ettik. Biz stajyer öğretmenler de gözlem yaparak gerektiğinde destek sağladık.

Bir öğretmenin derse tam anlamıyla hakim olması için yaratıcılığını kullanması ve alanına özgü öğretim ilke, teknik ve stratejileri iyi özümsemesi gerekiyor. Çünkü işler her zaman planlandığı gibi gitmiyor. Ders anında beklenmedik durumlarla karşılaşabiliyoruz.
